Semi Low Floor CNG Buses

These are CNG propelled front engine buses with Air suspension and ground height of 900 mm having capacity of 37 seats.

Low Floor Diesel Buses

These are CNG or Diesel propelled buses with rear engine and Air suspension. These buses have ground height of 400 mm having standard capacity of 33 seats.

Midi Buses for narrow lanes

These are Diesel propelled front engine buses with Air suspension and ground height of 900 mm having capacity of 26 seats.

Mobile Compactors

These are used in collection of Municipal solid Waste. Garbage compactors and waste collection vehicles compress/compact the waste so that more of it can be stored in the same space. These vary from 10 cu m capacity to 20 cu. m capacity.

CNG Auto Tippers

These are covered hydraulically operated, CNG propelled vehicles used for Door to Door collection of MSW in segregated form. The capacity varies from 1.5-2 Cu M.

Three Wheeler

These are covered hydraulically operated, electric vehicles used for Door to Door collection of MSW in segregated form from narrow lanes.

Bins and Containers

These are color coded receptacles of capacity ranging from 220 L to 10000 L. Each color is defined for a specific category of waste as per MSW Rules 2016.

Bin Washers

These are high pressure cleaning machines used for cleaning and disinfection Bins and Secondary collection points by combining Bio solution in water.

CNG Compactors

These are used in collection of Municipal solid Waste. Garbage compactors and waste collection vehicles compress/compact the waste so that more of it can be stored in the same space. We are the first and only company in India operating CNG compactors of 10 Cu M to 18 Cu M capacity.

FCTS

Fixed Compactor Transfer Station (FCTS) comprises of a bin, tipcart, hydraulically operated loading shovel bucket, compressor and hook loader. The collected garbage/MSW from the localities is transferred into the bin. The collected garbage in the bin with hydraulically operated loading shovel bucket attached with the fixed compactor transfers the garbage into the compactor for compressing to increase the density. The compressed garbage is then transferred into the hook loader.

Portable Compactors

Portable compactor as an Independent Unit comprises of a bin, tipcart, hydraulically operated loading shovel bucket, compressor and hook loader. The collected garbage/MSW from the localities is transferred into the bin. The collected garbage in the bin with hydraulically operated loading shovel bucket attached with the fixed compactor transfers the garbage into the compactor for compressing to increase the density. The compressed garbage is then transferred into the hook loader. A portable type compactor is capable of being transported from one location to another comes as an Integral unit incorporating the container and the compaction unit. The size varies from 10 Cu M to 16 Cu M.

Hook Loaders

This equipment is designed with the aim of loading and transporting the containers filled with MSW/C&D Waste by pulling and lifting to the vehicle on which is mounted. Besides, it has also angular overturning feature enabling the discharge of the loads in the containers. The equipment consists of one subframe, foldable lifting arm and hydraulic-pneumatic equipment.

JCB and Earthmovers

These are used in emergent cases for immediate clearance of waste in case of sudden high in-flow. Use of these machine prevent manual handling of waste.

C&D Waste Processing Plant

This state of the art plant, through a special wet processing technology, processes C&D waste into various sizes as per requirement for Recycling. Through a patent cyclone process, Sand and soil mixed is also segregated thereby providing precious Sand for re-use in construction industry. Use of such plants reduces burden on natural resources.

C&D Waste Recycling Plant

The waste processed is further Recycled for making bricks, Tiles, Benches, slabs etc as per requirement of the Client.

Trommels for Bio Mining

These are used for sorting of legacy waste into C&D Waste(of various sizes), Soil and RDF. These have proved very helpful in clearance of legacy waste from landfills which had exhausted their life span.

Jetting cum Suction Machines

These are truck chassis mounted suction-cum-jetting combination machines of multiple volumetric capacities of clean water and sludge collection tank. These equipments are capable of efficiently working is sewer lines of diameters ranging from 200-1000 mm.

The liquid and solid effluents are sucked into the equipment's sludge collection tank under high vacuum, from surcharged manhole chambers, sewer and storm water drain lines, septic/sump tanks and gully pits.

These are mainly used for De-choking of the sewer and drain water lines and chambers by high pressure jetting through suitably dimensioned jetting hoses and nozzles. Use of these machines completely eradicates manual entry.

These are truck chassis mounted suction-cum-jetting combination machines with Water recycling technology of multiple volumetric capacities of clean water and sludge collection tank. These equipments are capable of efficiently working is sewer lines of diameters ranging from 200-1000 mm.

The liquid and solid effluents are sucked into the equipment's sludge collection tank under high vacuum, from surcharged manhole chambers, sewer and storm water drain lines, septic/sump tanks and gully pits.

These are mainly used for de-silting of the sewer and drain water lines and chambers by high pressure jetting through suitably dimensioned jetting hoses and nozzles. Through an efficient Recycling system, the sucked water is recycled and re-used for Jetting thereby saving water, time on multiple shifts and overall costs. Use of these machines completely eradicates manual entry.
